Interview
It was a good experience the interviewer was very professional and cheerful I was very nervous at the beginning but the interviewer’s attitude made me feel comfortable and calm he asked me about 10 average questions at the beginning we talked about me, my study and the field of study
The process was frustrating and ridiculously drawn out. I began the process around June 2nd or 3rd or so give or take a few days, and I didn’t not finish the interview process until June 26th. I was rescheduled 4 times (2 of those were day of and I was ON MY WAY to the office already). During the interview, he had 2 earpieces in (one in each ear) and he was texting and receiving calls THE ENTIRE TIME. He didn’t put his phone on silent, and we were interrupted constantly. He basically told me what he wanted from this position, but never asked the right questions to get me to address how I would be a good fit. At the end of the interview, he turned to his listings and contracts manager and said “well, this is really her decision.” I was appalled at his disregard and demeanor during the exchange. I shouldn’t have accepted the offer based off of that interview process. As a rule of thumb, if your interview goes this poorly, RUN. It’s an early indicator of what it will be like working for that individual.

Interview
Barely stated much except a ton of what he has done. More Egotistical than anything. Was back and forth on his cell phone during the interview process. Never had any commitment to interview process. Poor English Verbal Skills... Sounded more like a street thug than anything!!
