Solen Software Group interview questions

Was given a company sourcing assignment and then presented on it to the interviewer. Was given criteria for the types of companies that they are targeting. During the interview I had to explain why the companies I sourced fit into their criteria.

Completed a virtual interview with Bruna through Teams. The interview consisted of very basic recruitment questions. No behavioral or situational questions. The interview was 30 minutes long. She explained the recruitment process and that she would be following up in a week or two, but there was no follow up. Company seems great, but they currently have a poor candidate experience in place unfortunately
