Simple phone call/zoom call. Conversational style interview. Some basic questions were asked, however nothing too intriguing. The job description was creative, but effectively described a repeat job poster/emailer to find contracts.

Applied to the job online, scheduled a call with the recruiter, followed by two in-person interviews. Spoke with different team members during the interviews. Great experience. Non-negotiable salary. Standard process for entry-level.
Completed phone interview prior to two in person interviews. Asked to describe relevant experience and how I could contribute to the team. 2 in person interviews with leadership located in the office.
