Interview
I had a great in-person interview with two female employees. They were both very kind and I felt we had great conversations. I sent each of them an email the next day thanking them for their time and never heard back! I was so excited about the prospect of the job and after a few weeks went by I sent follow-up emails... nothing! I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and I'm disappointed because they seemed like great people.

Question 1
Nothing overly difficult, they just asked about my past work experience and what would be relevant to the position.

Interview
I was made to wait for a long time. Power play! Nice move Something Massive. And when the interviewer came back in she made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. She wasn't in any making an effort to actually be polite. She was in a bad mood and let me know it. Awkward! And the second interview was equally unpleasant. Really. If you want to attract good people try and at least pretend you're a tolerable person in the interview. It's a two way street and you don't have as much leverage as you think you do. So in future, try a little common decency and treat interviewees like human beings NOT subordinates.

Interview
I had one interview with the founder of the company who wasn't particularly interested in what I had to say or viewing my portfolio, but definitely loved to discuss her time prior to Something Massive when she was working at Google.
