J’ai passé plusieurs entretiens chez Sonio pour un poste à dimension managériale.
Le processus m’a semblé assez mal structuré : les entretiens de management ont été divisés en deux sessions de 30 minutes, espacées de plusieurs jours, ce qui rendait difficile une évaluation cohérente et approfondie des sujets de leadership, d’accompagnement ou de posture managériale.
Par ailleurs, l’un des entretiens était mené par le CTO, qui, bien qu’ayant une bonne compréhension technique, ne semblait pas familier avec des outils ou approches clés du management tels que le Profiler, le DISC, ou encore les distinctions entre les postures Coach, Boss et Leader. Cela soulève des interrogations sur la capacité du processus à réellement évaluer les compétences comportementales et managériales attendues pour ce type de poste. Le test technique était quant à lui intéressant et bien mené.
Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a manqué de cohérence et de profondeur sur la partie management. Dommage, car les échanges sont restés courtois et réactifs.
