Applied through their online career service. After one week, I got a call from their talent coordinator in Santa Barbara and we set up an interview with the QA manager over the phone the next day. He asked me basic interview questions by going through my resume, experience along with the how would you test this specific web application. I finished the interview feeling somewhat confident, but unsure about the possibility of landing the job. Few hours later received a call from the same coordinator. We then schedule two more interview with the managers colleagues. The next business day talked with them and enjoy both conversations. Two days after received a call from the same talent coordinator to set up a chat with the QA manager. Talked to the QA manager, he offered me the job and I accepted.
