Average interview in a very modern and minimalist office in Budapest, Eiffel square. After the arrival, a very kind and helpful receptionist asking some basic informations about the visitor (ex. me), like name, address, type of visit or something. He/She offering some dessert, coffee, tea or water.
When I (or somebody) met my (or somebody...) future boss, he take me a meeting room, where sitting an employee from HR, and another assistant from the department. They asking some question from the CV, and you can easily soluble in the interview's first minutes.
After the basic conversation, they show me an Excel sheet from future job, and I must have to say something about that. Example: what I see in the sheet, which column what is for, workflows or something similar.
If you'll be well-represented, there is a foreign language talking (usually in English (or German, French, Spanish etc.) in Hungary), and after a few minutes, they (future boss, HR and someone else) leaves you with some Excel sheet task or project, that they checking after the interview.
So there isn't something special in interviews. There are many applicants for each jobs, but you can easy to apply, if you enough brave for the working, and has a higher self-confident.
