Thorough. Be prepared to both answer questions and perform practical. The questions are more conversational which can make it more comfortable but don't be too comfortable because they ask some good questions to reveal your level of experience. The recruiters are LMT themselves and know exactly what to look for.

Interview
You will be asked to bring your equipment with you. You will interview with a license massage therapist and give her a massage. She is personable and you will be there for about 2 hours total. They will take your picture on this day so you might want to go picture ready. You will be offered the position on the spot if you have all credentials.
