I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Miami Beach, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview was very simple and relaxed, someone in charged of human resources came to Miami to interview us along with a manager from NY that recently moved down here. They both seemed pretty relaxed, the training was fun and everyone seemed to have a good vibe. Sadly it was a place that with certain people became stressful... One of the managers in SOBE was very sweet. The rest were just rude.
Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SoulCycle (Miami, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was very quick and easy. Questions about what I would bring to the team and what I knew about the company. Talked to the studio manager on the phone.
