Interview
I went through an external recruiter for the role, interview was scheduled and I waited prepared. I waited 45 minutes for the interviewer to call me for my phone interview, instead of rescheduling the interview to another time, I was given 15 minutes to prove myself. After following up, I was advised they changed the role and decided not to proceed. I appreciate that technical issues can happen, but in all my time of interviewing this would have been one of the most unprofessional experiences.
