First round was a Phone screen Second round was in-person with HR and GM Thrid call was an Offer The GM was open and very honest about the challenges. HR was a robot drinking the company kool-aid. It was very worrisome talking with someone was that embedded. Job over life at the HR level is a huge red flag in any company. The amount of work, drama, pettiness i same just by walking around was a second red flag. Very dysfunctional.
