Southside Consulting Group interview questions

Just wanted to follow up on this review. The reason there were so many interviews in the lobby while you were there was because there are 7 businesses in our building that share the same lobby! Some of the people were waiting for an interview, some were waiting for doctor appointments, some were waiting for music lessons and the others were waiting to see the insurance company around the corner. Also there is another consulting firm in the building and the 14 to 16 people you saw leaving were from that company and were getting ready to hit the field for the day! I agree with you that we interview a lot of people searching for the most ideal candidates, however, the numbers you through out are not even close to accurate. I am very sorry for your negative experience and I completely understand why you would think that all of those people would be there for the same reason you were. I assure you that I am only one man and could never interview 20 people in a 1 hour span!
