I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southwest HVAC (Long Beach, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. Walked in to a cluttered & tacky office with several desks, junk everywhere - very bad atmosphere. Two girls working behind computer screens barely acknowledged me. Told me to sit down - but there was no where to sit. Boxes and "junk" were blocking the couch. I knew immediately that I did not want to work at this place and just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I would never work there, for any amount of money.
