After I submitted my application I received an email to complete an assessment. Then a video interview with the recruiter and I had to take the assessment again. The recruiter did a fantastic job matching my skills with another position at the company which worked perfectly. I had a couple of face-to-face interview and phone interviews and i got an offer.
