I applied online. I interviewed at Sovos (Wilmington, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Pretty lengthy but fair process. Having to re-do personality assessment in front of recruiter over skype was very different but everyone I met through the process was extremely helpful
-online assessment
-skype interview (and redo of online assessment)
-phone interview
-in office interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sovos (Wilmington, MA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process began with a 30 minute, 50 question assessment. A video conferencing interview was later scheduled after they reached out where standard job interview questions were asked. They also have you retake the same assessment to ensure that you were actually the one that completed it the first time (I was muted and told that they weren't watching me!). My individual experience was a little different because they had to fill a role by a certain date, so I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next morning. I met with the legal counsel and again, standard interview questions were asked.

Question 1
As an example, how would you deal with a colleague from sales asking you to do something that is normally their responsibility?

Interview
After applying for the job I was contacted by a Sovos recruiter to take a personality quiz and a 15 minute assessment on business math, vocabulary and logic. I then had a skype interview where I chatted with the same recruiter and then again too the assessment to verify that it was me who took the first one. I was then contacted for an in-person interview with the head of General Counsel and other counsel members. I was then offered the job by phone by the head of General Counsel.
