Started out with an online assessment. It’s 50 questions, and they say it’s not scored and answer as many questions as possible in 15 minutes.
Second interview is over the phone and they ask about your experiences and give you background on the company. They also redo the assessment. This time they say try and answer all 59 questions, which are different, same time frame.
After that I had 4 in person interviews. Each with a different person who would work with the role and they asked questions based on how they would interact with the role.
