Very clear interview process, the recruiter I spoke with prepared me well for the interview and gave me time to reflect and understand the role better, it was a 2 stage process, what i liked was the Manager tried to understand me and my personality prior to getting into detail on skills and capability.
Friendly and welcoming. Asked about previous experience and what skills transferred to the role. Some assessments but no preparation needed in advance. Smart casual dress and got shown round hospital.
