The interview process typically includes an application review, phone screening, technical assessment, and multiple interviews (behavioural and technical) with various stakeholders. It may also involve a final interview with senior leadership, reference checks, and, if successful, an offer followed by onboarding.

Question 1
Describe a challenging design problem you’ve faced in a previous project. How did you approach solving it, and what tools or methods did you use? What was the outcome, and what did you learn from the experience?
Applied for a guidance, navigation, and control role. Started with take home assignment, followed by some behavioural and technical interviews. Overall very nice process, team was kind and accomadating, lots of transparency about the process.

Question 1
Variety of questions depending on the role and what your design solution was. Some questions gauging your interest in working with the company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SpaceRyde (Concord, ON) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied and received an email mentioning a technical challenge and request for references. Expectation is up to 10hrs of time for this challenge but don't expect any feedback if it doesn't live up to their "standards", which are unknown. A courtesy email was sent after a follow-up (which is appreciated) explaining they will not be moving forward with the application but can't give any feedback due to "volume of applications received". Very disappointing since there's expectation and standards set for candidates but not much for the employer.
