Spark Academy interview questions

Had a terrible experience when I applied for a chance to teach mainly second language learners. The interviewer said "I didn't even know anything about the school". I only applied hoping to get a chance to work in a near-by neighborhood that was mainly Spanish speaking-- knowing that I was highly qualified to work as an English language teacher and academic instructor for elementary age students.
