First I had a written exercise where I had to provide a legal analysis then I had an interview, during more or less 30 minutes and it was online. Only with one person asking me question about my personnal experience.

First, the completion of a written assignment. Maybe later a spoken interview, but I never got to the second phase because apparently I did not follow the instructions correctly on the first assignment.
