Spector & Co. interview questions

1. Written questions to test your understanding of the industry, such as identifying the market leaders, key competitors, etc. Also, need to explain why you are passionate about the business development team and how can you contribute to it. 2. 30-minute online interview that arranged through email.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, which both went well. The first one was with a recruiter (phone call), and she asked general questions to learn more about my skills. The second one (teams video call) was with the purchasing director, asking about details of my job experience and tasks. The last round (teams video call) was with the manager, who asked some situational questions and explained the job description and their supply chain. The process was fast and easy (one week), but the salary range they considered for me was lower than average in the market for this position. So, I went for another employer.
