Very casual and made me feel comfortable. They were kind and got back to me almost immediately. Overall it was a great experience and I would have loved to work there but I had a conflicting schedule.

Interview
I first had a phone interview with one of their recruiters and then a follow-up, second interview on site. I got to talk with the office supervisor and the practice manager as well as already working medical assistants. It was very comfortable and a positive experience.
