This was at a large scale hiring event. There were several tables and I was places with a senior director and a team manager. The interview was only slightly technical. They asked about several school projects and my previous work. There was no coding question/problem.

I took 3 on-site rounds for 30 minutes each. it was for systems engineer ii. The interviewers are very friendly and had a technical conversation. The second panel was with hr manager and the third panel was with hiring manager.

Showed up for an interview at the Greenwood Village location in Colorado. I met with one manager and 2 senior staff. The manager and one of the senior staff had such thick Indian accents that I could barely understand what they were saying. I answered one of the senior staff's questions incorrectly and he proceeded to sit on his phone for the rest of the interview. Let me say that again to let this sink in: A senior staff, someone who is supposed to represent leadership for their organization, was sitting on his phone for the entirety of the interview. The manager was completely okay with this. Thankfully I got a job at a much better company.
