I applied online, they called me back to set up an interview for the next day at a hiring event. I was asked pretty basic questions. we went over my work history & over the job to see if it would even be something id be interested in
talk with recruiter about previous work experience and why you want to work here. recruiter asks about schedule and if you can accommodate that. very easy interview, not much was asked. apparently now, they do require another interview step with the store manager
Assessment. Video interview. Process has been fairly easy and smooth. Interview questions are pretty standard for sales positions. Everyone has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. The only complaint I have is the time length between filling out the application and getting a call for an interview. It was so long I actually had even forgotten about applying.

Interview
Easy basic question about you and past job experience, and was offered job on the spot right after interview. Interviewer was nice and so far I've enjoyed my experience with the company.
