Interview
Overall it was an easy interview. I firstly spoke to the recruiter and did some preliminary interview questions, and set up to complete a video interview with the Field Operations Manager. Both of the people i spoke to were very pleasant and professional. I had a great interview experience with them.

Question 1
Why are you the person we should chose for the job?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Spectrum (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2024
Interview
I was scheduled for a Field Tech interview at the 10130 W Appleton Ave office. The coordination was incredibly unprofessional. I received two conflicting texts: one for 10:00 AM and a "reminder" the morning of for 11:00 AM. I was proactive and confirmed the 10:00 AM slot as originally instructed.
I arrived early for my 10:00 AM appointment, but the building was locked. I texted and called the recruiter multiple times while standing outside, but got no response. After waiting 20 minutes on the sidewalk like a solicitor, I finally left.
The recruiter called me a hour later admiting he was "in a meeting" and confessed the situation was unprofessional. He asked if I wanted to "pass by" and come back, but I declined. If a company can't manage a front door or a basic calendar, they clearly don't value their employees' time. I refuse to work for a disorganized management team that expects punctuality from me but can't provide it themselves. Total waste of gas and time.
