Very long and tedious interview process in the beginning where applicant does writing assignments, etc. Once the decision is made internally, communication drops to 0% and getting a response from anybody is like pulling teeth.

Easy and was over a video chat with a recruiter. You meet your manager after finishing up your onboarding process. It was easy if you have the right experience and sales
