Spencer Industries interview questions

I had worked for Spencer Industries before the economic melt down. One of my old supervisors called in April letting me know they would be hiring a fork lift driver and encouraged me to call about it. I was sent to Spartan Staffing, a temp agency. The above check list will let you know how it went from there. I filed my application on a Friday, I think, and that Monday I started work again. I was treated very kindly during the entire hiring process.
