I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SplashLearn (New Delhi) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied through the career site, HR told me there would be 4 rounds plus an assignment round and told me that all the rounds will be technical rounds.
In the first round, the person asked me the basics of HTML,CSS,JS and React. Then the assignment was to be done in a span of 1 day.
Then the second round happened with the team lead, and he was quite supportive. In this round the questions were mainly focused on Js and logical programming.
In the third round, which was the managerial round, in this round the person asked me about the design of a given project and explained about my projects and a puzzle.
Then there was no reply from HR. I called twice, and both the calls remained unanswered. Today I again called for the response, and then she told me it was not a positive response from the manager.
Detailed feedback is still remaining, although the answer of the puzzle was correct, I explained the project properly. There may be some gap in design, but, giving as a 1-year experience holder, I don't think many developers have experience in design.
During the whole process, HR was quite proactive, but in India, once you got rejected, HR didn't want to reply.
