      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SplitMetrics in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview process went smoothly and transparent, in a friendly atmosphere without stress at all. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation, which helped to alleviate any nerves I had going into the process. The entire interview process consisted of 4 stages: a call with HR, a call with the manager, a test task and the final stage of an interview (cultural fit/ soft skill check). The entire process was well-organized and efficient, with clear communication and timely updates at each stage. I never felt like I was left in the dark or unsure about the next steps

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SplitMetrics in Nov 2025

      Interview

The interview process consisted of several stages, which turned out to be very useful. It gave me the opportunity to get to know the company, the team, and the people I would be working with. I wouldn’t describe it as difficult; rather, it was engaging and insightful, allowing me to connect with team members, the team lead, and other colleagues across the company.
