After submitting my application online, they sent me a coding interview which was not too bad. The phone call was horrible. The person asked only three questions and asked if I had any questions. The whole interview lasted less than 10 minutes- and I was later told that I wasn't selected

Interview
First interview was technical. However, I was not informed that it was technical so it was a shock. I was thrown into things without even hearing about the job first.
Had a phone screen first, then an interview with 2 members of the team. A combination of generic questions about the java language and what I had done and then a coding problem
