A phone call, writing test, viva. Background of mine: LL.B University of London, LL. M International financial laws, Tilburg University, The Netherlands. At first, due to my overqualification, the salary didn't match. Then they called me after a few months, I went and within the first two min, im Sami Haider (founder) told me if my salary can be matched, and when can I join, I replied at least a week (I am a Lawyer), then we settled upon the salary and I was supposed to join in and they were supposed to send me an appointment letter when they did not, I called and told me that, they will not pursue me. The issue is they don't even have the courtesy to call me up. Moreover, during my second meeting, I categorically explained, what are the factors, although primarily extremely silly writing is the core one, nonetheless, I assume sami harder dude doesn't like criticism, notwithstanding severely unprofessional, an example would that, they don't have a dedicated organization's email and rather use g mail instead. Essentially few digital marketers made a mess, due to lack of many things. I could have easily went to the court claiming 'promissory estoppel' but later thought why wasting money and time for some good for nothing.....
