Interview Experience:
The interview process was truly… unique. It’s not every day that one gets the chance to speak with a panel that clearly wasn’t feeling their best, both health-wise and interest-wise. Their dedication to showing up despite being visibly uninterested was truly admirable.
One of the panelists even chose not to join at all, which I assume was part of the company’s creative approach to testing adaptability. It certainly gave me extra time to reflect on how valued my time was in this process.
If this was a glimpse into how seriously the company takes prospective talent, then I definitely got the message loud and clear.
Outcome:
I didn’t move forward, but I suppose that saved us both some time.
