SproutLoud Media Networks interview questions

Very scripted. Felt interview participants were very inexperienced. Administered a personality test. Talked to VP for his approval after interview. Didn’t feel HR Reps had authority to make decisions. Office had very strong printing press smell.

Kept insisting on a phone call (my phone is set up to block calls from unknown numbers), even after promising a Google Meet Link. Out of a sudden, decided to call again, since she decided she could do it by phone anyway (ignoring my previous email for zoom or google meet link). Interviewer looked too mechanical, speaking fast spanish and with a bad call quality. She excused herself, but didn't try to explain the role nor the company, and just insisted into filling a form and shooting questions, even if both of us were sick with a flu. I decided not to carry on the process and informed my decision to withdraw from the process, since it looked like someone who had to fill their quotas and giving a bad appearance and lack of communication.
