Overall, the interview process took about three weeks and, in my opinion, could have been conducted more effectively. The process felt somewhat disjointed at times, with slower-than-expected communication throughout.
The first step was an initial phone screen focused on culture fit, followed by a take-home assignment that included three scenarios, and finally a one-hour panel interview consisting of a platform demo and about 30 minutes of standard interview questions. While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with the product, the overall time and effort required felt disproportionate to the communication and feedback provided.
After making it to the final round, I was told I would receive an update within 24 hours; however, the response came a couple of days later in the form of a rejection email. I followed up to request feedback to support my ongoing job search but did not receive a response, which was disappointing given the time and effort I had invested in the process.
The process felt more like the company asking for product feedback. No salary requirements, start-date or references were asked throughout the entire interview process.
