I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SrvenTech Consultancy (New Delhi) in Feb 2013

Interview

There were two phases of the interview. The first round was telephonic and it was focused on fundamental knowledge and understand and the second phase was a face-to-face interview and this round was focused on technical in-depth knowledge.
