St. David's Foundation interview questions

Easy, professional, will recommend to apply. They are a great organization. Great benefits, great location and facilities. I have nothing but positive things to say about St Davis Foundation. I went to 2 rounds of interview, they took 2 months to make a decision. I really like their mission.

1) Application sent to a professional recruiting firm 2) Interview with recruiter 3) Asked to write a letter to the hiring team at the foundation explaining the "why now." 4) Interview with a team of 4 at the foundation. Said would hear back about next steps in 1 week. 5) 3 week lag, heard nothing from recruiting firm. Reached out to inquire. Foundation opted to go with internal candidate.
