The worst interviews of my life, to see how incapable is the founder himself not being able to describe his company and his vision. Man says that he just comes office once or twice in a 6 day workweek environment for employees. Like how did he become a founder in first place. Already got the toxic vibe from his tech lead Shitiz and got worse when talked with the founder. They don't pay at par as per the industry standards or the labor laws. If you are desperate for job and don't know your worth then only join. The founder lacks everything, he cant even talk in english properly
