You fill the online application and then get an email for the numerical and logical tests. Each has around 10 questions. If you pass you get and email to do an automated video interview (8-9 behavioral questions). You receive an email that they will contact you soon.

Pymetrics assessment (game), Valued Behaviours Assessment, Online Interview: 15 min Written Test + 15 min Presentation (submitting presenting slides one day before the interview) + about 30 min individual interview

Interview
There was some online games and personality test, and after that a virtual interview. The online games were quite intuitive, where you need to accomplish various tasks such as button mashing, quick thinking and memory. The interview was more challenging and using STAR helped.

Panel of five interviewers. Asked leading questions based on your responses. Overall very friendly and encouraging. More emphasis on personality than technical questions. Would encourage preparation EG SB share price, basic macro knowledge and up to date with news.
