The process is very streamlined and transparent. The interviewer was really well versed with my CV and also gave a genuine feedback post the interview. I've been personally working on the same lines and wish to definitely apply for this role again post working on the feedback provided.

Travelling all the way to Changi bussiness park & interview with one HR physically, 3 managers remotely via zoom meeting.
Why not just arrange an online meeting since 3 out of 4 are not even here physically.
And when I show my rewards & certificates, managers are trying to say I’m not good enough, if I’m not good enough why am I even getting this interview chance? They just want to lower your salary & expectations.
Just be confident, you are good.
