One applies online on the standard chartered website. You get to do games on their website that gauges your personality traits and if it matches what they are looking for. Once you pass that, you get to do a video interview where the HR team will contact you once it's been reviewed

Lots of psychometric tests till you reach the actual interview round, at least 3. Usually get the results back within a day for each tests which takes around 45 mins each to do

It was fair and challenging at the same time but it's all about giving your best and the time limit is also friendly and they also provide immediate feedback that's all
Online process gets convoluted, evaluations are pretty standard, phone and interview stage are pretty alright, standard all around for banks a a a a a b s a a a a
