3 stages, first team head , second regional head, third HR… lots of technical questions and not very difficult to answer. Lasted around 30 mins to 45 mins each.. received offer within a month after HR intervirw
The interview process consisted of three rounds, with two interviewers in each round. Candidates had the option to choose between in-person and virtual interviews. Each round focused on a mix of technical questions, deal experience discussions, and behavioral assessment.

Teams meeting for each round with the hiring managers were setup by HR personnel based offshore who was quick to respond via email. Interviews were conducted efficiently and to the point.

Interview
First round with the Hiring Manager & team, mostly about experience in relationship management. Second round with senior bankers from other product areas, essentially the same interview as the previous round. Third round with the Head of Department and HR, again an unstructured conversation with some Q&A. They ended up with an internal candidate after all this.
