      Ra Interview

      Nov 17, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Stanford, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

First, you submit an application answering short answer questions about your interest in the role and why you would be a good RA. Then, there are often two rounds of interviews - a group and an individual. The group involves testing how you work in a team setting, whereas the individual allows resident fellows to gain a better understanding of you as a person.
