      Fitness Instructor Interview

      Jan 31, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Stanford, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Jan 2011

      Interview

I expressed interest in the position to a current employee before it was posted, so she recommended me and we exchanged emails to set up an interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes (likely short because I had an employee referral). After the interview, I was offered the job over email, and I went in again to fill out the hiring paperwork.

How would you address a student that was not moving at the same pace as the rest of the class...both for a student moving slowly and a student moving quickly
