First, there was a written application. This was fairly extensive and contained about four essay questions. Questions pertained to knowledge of the school, personal integrity, creativity, etc. Next, there was a group interview. In this interview, former tour guides asked us questions that they commonly receive on tours. Next, there was an individual interview/presentation with the managers.
