      Head Counselor Interview

      Feb 5, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Stanford, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Apr 2010

      Interview

I initially sent in an online application form. I was contacted and selected for a phone interview. Most first round interviews were done in person, but they were willing to work with my unique geographic situation. For the final and second round interview I traveled to the employer's location and had a 2:1 interview with the assistant director and director. Most of the questions were scenario and character based.
