very laidback, interviewers were approachable and friendly, largely wanted to gauge interest in working with students in a mentorship capacity. There were very few questions and the interview mainly outlines steps for training.

Interview
Personal Interview with two members of the Stanford PWR program and directors of the Hume Center. I was asked multiple questions about my teaching approach, and previous experience with tutoring and working with peers. I think it was mostly about attitude and making sure you at least have the confidence to come off as a goof public speaker.
