I received an email to make an appointment for a group panel interview. Interview went well but after sending couple of followup emails, they took 40- 45 days to reply the result for the interview

Multiple rounds with DFA and accountants, then finally the DFA.
Once interviews started, it went on for 1.5weeks.
Decision was made and manager emailed to let me know I didn't get the job
