Interview
- Good contact with the Partner I met. She shown a strong wish to find the right person for the offered job who could fit with the spirit of her team but also huge desire to be sure the job will be the right move for the applicant.
She has made very clear and transparent her expectation from the new team member, the career path opportunities and what the day-to-day job would look like short/med and long term. She also communicates openly about what the ''life within the team and the company'' would look like.
- the Partner is seeking for long term professional partnership so that clients can benefit from stable and dedicated relationship over the years
- Positive interaction with two additional Partners during the first and the second interview, which gave me the opportunity to understand better the structure of Stanhope but also gave me a picture of the work environment.
They expressed a real interested in attracting talents and ambitious candidates to expand the business and to strenghten client high quality services.
I declined the third interview planned because I decided Stanhope/this position was not the right move for me at this stage of my career however I must commend the Partner I met for her candour and the utmost professionalism she has demonstrated to me.
