They never rang for a telephone interview that had been agreed and scheduled in. A rather lacklustre apology several hours later in reply to my follow up. Overall a pretty disappointing experience given how enthusiastic I am about the service and company.

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear about your negative experience. We're a rapid growing bank and while our interviewers may get pulled into fires, we do care a lot about the experience of our candidates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starling (London, England)

Got a telephone interview which involved all your generic interview questions. (Why starling?, why customer service?, name a time you delivered exceptional service blah blah blah)
Invited to office for face to face. Spoke two members of team and the head of HR. Pretty much asked the same questions on phone. HR head explained how long the hiring process would take but I already had offers on the table and could not wait that long, which is probably why I didn't get it.
By the way I felt grossly overdressed in my suit, this might be the interview you don't need a suit for.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We work hard to ensure our candidate experience is as efficient as possible, without compromising our ability to assess for the right candidate.
