Starmount Cinemas interview questions

Management was extremely friendly. I felt welcome and appreciated but not pressured during the interview. The interview was short, and I was offered a position before I left. I was worried that my lack of previous experience was going to be an issue, but I was reassured by a conversation with the hiring manager who explained that starmount cinema evaluates the whole person and that it is easier to train an employee with little or no experience than it is to work with an experienced individual with evident ethical character flaws.
